𝘿𝙍𝙄𝙁𝙏 𝙇𝘼𝙉𝙀 𝙍𝙀𝙎𝙄𝘿𝙀𝙉𝘾𝙀 - 𝙈𝙊𝙉𝘿𝙄𝘼, 𝙉𝙐𝙑𝘼𝙇𝙄

Designed as requested by the client to be a modern take on tropical Living, suitable for suburban living. The drift lane residence is a 2-storey residence set to be built in Mondia, Nuvali; one of the south's prestigious villages.

The house features tropical elements such as vertical fins which helps with blocking direct sunlight as well as giving more privacy. It also features floor to ceiling openings for maximum light and ventilation. The slate facade adds a sleek and contemporary touch to the house.

At the heart of this, is a house designed and tailor fit to a growing family with their everyday routine in consideration. A house planned and designed closely with the clients to make sure that the full potential of the property is realized. In the end, a Modern-Tropical work of art.

𝙆𝘼𝙈𝙀𝙏 𝙎𝙏. 𝙋𝙍𝙊𝙅𝙀𝘾𝙏 | Ridgeview Estates Nuvali

A space designed for book lovers. From the very start, the client was clear on one thing - They love books! And so we were tasked to design an extension for their house to house their book collection and be a space where they can relax, read, and work.
We wanted to let in as much natural light as possible to make it into sort of a sunroom.
Built in shelf nooks are placed next to large window panels so the client can enjoy the vast green field outside their home.

Here's a proposal we made for the lobby/lounge of a resort we're working on in Anilao, Batangas. We were asked to present something that's inviting and at the same time sets the mood for the resort.

The column in the middle was hard to design around at first so we decided to make it into an accent to incorporate it into the design. We wrapped a floating counter on it which doubles as a conversation space where users can enjoy drinks or snacks right by the common kitchen.

We wanted to work with bright, warm colors to make the space more lively and foster a collaborative energy.

This house is designed to have a spacious carport for 4 vehicles, 3-Regular bedrooms with en-suite Toilet and baths and a spacious master suite.
