Late post, but still one of our favorites 🤍 🥰❣️

This unit embraces a Modern Contemporary style with subtle Scandinavian influence—clean lines, a light palette of whites and beiges, and warm wood tones that create a cozy, inviting feel.

Designed as an Open-Plan Space, carefully zoned into sleeping, working, and living areas for both function and flow. The black-framed sliding glass partition forms a semi-private bedroom, allowing separation while maintaining brightness and visual continuity—making the space feel bigger than it is.

Custom-Built Cabinetry and Multi-Functional Furniture were key to maximizing vertical storage, keeping the space efficient without feeling cluttered.

A perfect balance of functionality, warmth, and modern design—where every square meter is optimized without compromising aesthetics.

Modern Meets Retro
This condominium unit is combined with a contemporary
touch of an open room concept and a clash of retro vibes
through its bold and diverse colours. The vertical wooden
divider may somewhat split the dining and living area. But
through its louvered design, it still creates a free-flowing
effect while embracing the natural lighting and ventilation
that passes through the window. The craft of adding
ornaments makes it tricky, as it needs to balance with the
existing furniture, as well as to blend the past and the
present. Overall, the Modern-Retro Design of this home
gives it a clean and calming effect to the user/s, yet the
vibrant accessories generate an adventurous feel making it
more memorable.
