It can be cheesy without being cheesy.

I added 3 Tbsp of grated emborg Gran Padano cheese and baked this in the toaster oven at 180C for 20 min.
The aroma of cheese and cake is heavenly!!!

You may use any cheese and adjust according to taste.

Freshly baked single-serve cake. Serve this in your cafe, coffee shop or resto

Pineapple cake anyone?

A pack of Piece O' Cake vanilla. Mix in 1 Tbsp pineapple jam, 2 Tbsp water and 1 Tbsp oil. Mix well.
Poured on a 6 oz Ramekin cup, topped with around a teaspoon of Pineapple Jam on top. Baked in a toaster oven at 180ºC for 20 min
