At Café Ilang-Ilang, Father’s Day takes center stage on June 21, 2026, with the restaurant’s well-loved international buffet. Guests may enjoy lunch at Php 3,888 nett per person and dinner at Php 4,988 nett per person. As a special gesture, diners will receive a complimentary glass of draft beeror Shirley Temple, paired with a choice of a brownie or a keepsakeWilly the Bear keychain.

Fora more intimate celebration, Champagne Roomoffers a luxurious Father’s Day set menu available for lunch and dinner from June 19 to 21, 2026. Priced at Php 6,888 nett per person, the menushowcases refined European cuisine served in the country’s most romantic dining room. The menu features a choice of Tartare of Fresh Norwegian Salmon or Parmesan Panna Cotta and Parma Ham, followed by Beef Oxtail Consommé or Three Onion Soup, Pan-Fried Garlic Prawns or Spinach Ricotta Ravioli, and a refreshing Blackberry Sorbet. For the entrée, guests may select Roast U.S. Beef Tenderloin or Oven-RoastedGindara Fillet Marinated in Miso. The experience concludes with a Caramel Hazelnut Praline Torte or a selection of French artisan cheese, rounded off with macarons served with coffee or tea.The setis complemented by a glass of sparkling wine and The Manila Hotel tumbler.

Throughout June, Red Jade invites families to gather over a special a la carte menu celebrating the rich flavors of Chinese cuisine. Highlights includeGolden Egg Prawns with Butter Oatmeal, Honey-Glazed Fish Fillet with Zhenjiang Sauce, Shredded Chicken with Lemon Sauce, andSeafood Fried Rice with Seaweed, alongside a selection of traditional favorites prepared with contemporary flair. Available for lunch and dinner, the limited-time menu offers a flavorful and memorable way to honor Dad, with dishes designed for sharing and family-style dining.

The celebration extends into a more relaxed indulgence at the Delicatessen, whereguests may bring home a Tropical Harmony Cake, paired with an insulated bag, at a special rate of Php 2,240 from June 8 to 21, 2026—perfect for continuing the celebration at home.

IFEX Philippines 2026 Showcases “Tropical Flavors for the World” at the World Trade Center Manila

The Philippines once again took center stage in the global food industry as International Food Exhibition (IFEX) Philippines 2026 successfully gathered food manufacturers, exporters, culinary professionals, buyers, and industry leaders from May 21–23, 2026 at the World Trade Center Metro Manila.

Carrying the theme “Tropical Flavors for the World,” this year’s edition celebrated the rich culinary heritage and globally competitive food products of the Philippines, highlighting the country’s finest tropical ingredients, innovative food concepts, and world-class craftsmanship.

The three-day international trade show featured exhibitors from across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, presenting a diverse range of products including premium seafood, tropical fruits, delicacies, beverages, sauces, snacks, and emerging food innovations proudly made in the Philippines. The event also welcomed internationally recognized chefs, culinary experts, and food entrepreneurs who showcased the country’s evolving gastronomic excellence on the global stage.

Attendees experienced live cooking demonstrations, product tastings, business matching sessions, and networking opportunities aimed at strengthening the Philippines’ position in the international food and export market. Buyers and delegates from different parts of the world explored partnerships with local brands that continue to raise the standard of Filipino food products globally.
