Combining modern aesthetics, 3 bedrooms, an 80 sqm footprint (excluding the roof deck), and high-level resilience (floating and seismic isolation) requires a very smart, multi-layered approach.
Here's a concept for a modern, flood-resilient, and earthquake-adaptive house with 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, ample living space, and a combined dining/kitchen area.
