Moist Saging na Saba Cake
Steamed Upside Down Cake(Full Recipe👇👇👇)

INGREDIENTS:
5 spoonful of white sugar
8 pcs. ripe saging saba
3 pcs. eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder

PROCEDURES:

▪️Magcaramelize ng white sugar sa 5 llanera. Palamigin.
▪️Balatan ang mga hinog na saging saba, slice ang 4 na piraso at i-mash ang 4 na piraso.
▪️Ilagay ang na slice na saging sa llanera na may caramelized sugar.
▪️Sa mashed na saging ay ihalo ang eggs, veg. oil, at condensed milk, haluin hanggang magwell combine. Pagkatapos ay idagdag ang all-purpose flour, at baking powder.
▪️Cut and fold hanggang mahalong mabuti. Pagkatapos ay ibuhos ito sa 5 llanera.
▪️Lagyan ng aluminum foil bilang pantakip at i-steam ito ng 30 minutes sa katamtamang apoy lamang.
▪️Kapag naluto na ay hanguin na ito at palamigin. Kapag malamig na ay alisin na ito sa llanera at i-serve!
▪️Enjoy it with coffee or tea.. sana magustuhan niyo🥰
