โข 2 cans tuna, drained well
โข ยฝ cup cornstarch
โข 1 small red bell pepper, cut into chunks
โข 1 small green bell pepper, cut into chunks
โข 1 small onion, cut into chunks
โข ยฝ cup pineapple chunks

โข ยฝ cup banana ketchup
โข ยผ cup pineapple juice
โข 2 tbsp vinegar
โข 2 tbsp brown sugar
โข ยฝ cup water
โข 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
โข Salt and pepper to taste

1. Shape the well-drained tuna into small firm fillets. Coat each piece lightly with cornstarch.
2. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the tuna fillets until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Remove and set aside.
3. In another pan, sautรฉ the onion and bell peppers for 1โ2 minutes.
4. Add banana ketchup, pineapple juice, vinegar, brown sugar, and water. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.
5. Pour in the cornstarch slurry while stirring continuously. Cook until the sauce becomes slightly thick and glossy.
6. Add the pineapple chunks and crispy tuna fillets. Gently toss until everything is coated with the sweet and sour sauce.
7. Cook for another 1โ2 minutes, then serve hot.
