Welcome to Karagami �

You might be wondering where I got the name "Karagami" let me explain:

Karagami is a combination of my name 'Kara' and a borrowed word from the Japanese--'Gami' meaning art of. In other words stamps and prints made by me. More than the name though, what I'm really borrowing from the Japanese is their way of treating art or crafts as a way of life. I've been carving for more

than seven years now and I have to say that carving stamps is like therapy. Through my craft and journaling, I'm able to find stillness and kindness (to myself) that I couldn't otherwise achieve in my chaotic everyday city life. I have healed from depression and through Karagami I hope to share tips on mental wellbeing and tools you can use to be more creative, productive, and optimistic, on the road to happiness. I hope you enjoy these little stamps, stickers, and stories that I share with you! �

I thought it would be the ✈️ stamp
turns out it was the 🇵🇭 stamp

I designed the PH stamps 7 years ago and updated the design this year. The original intent was to sell it to tourists who visit craft stores for their souvenirs.

Little did I know that the love for this country stays strong despite the clownery in government 🙄 (yes nasingit ko sya coz dafuq)

Anyhoo, this is why events like is so important! We deserve good things 🫶🏼 Thank you all for the support ☺️
