Prep:

– Thaw your frozen relyenong bangus for 5 minutes
– Cut bangus in the middle
– Roll in flour to prevent it from sticking on pan

💫Option A: Pan-Fried Perfection

1️⃣ Heat oil in a large skillet
2️⃣ Fry until golden brown on all sides
3️⃣ Drain on paper towels

🔥Option B: Oven-Baked Elegance

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 347°F (175°C)
2️⃣ Place on a greased tray or wrap in foil
