Filipinos complain about floods yet antagonize the communities that actively fight and block these seizures.

A lot of our issues today were already warned by activists, researchers, and academics years ago, and the reason why we still haven't achieved change is not because of these people, that existing groups antagonized, but because these Filipinos persistently chose the same side and expecting a different result.
