Customer Appreciation Post: Story Time!
We want to share a special story about one of our amazing customer! ๐
She booked her cake way ahead of time (early talaga!). But on the day of her pick-up, I panicked because I completely forgot her order so much was going on with work and personal stuff. To make it worse, I was still in the office around 5 PM, and her pick-up time wasโฆ letโs just say I forgot exactly, but it was for her graduation cake!
To make it up to her, I quickly offered what I could manage at that time and lined up the cake. Thankfully, we still had the cake in stock and I was able to get it ready just in time for her dinner. To compensate for my mistake, I offered the cake for free, but she was so kind and understanding that she still wanted to pay for it! ๐
