To everyone who has been waiting and missing our Basque Burnt Cheesecake the wait is finally over! 🧀🍰

After a very busy December with a high volume of orders, our business took a short break to rest and recharge. As a solo business owner handling everything from buying ingredients to baking and delivery, taking time to rest was truly needed.

We’re happy to announce that Basque Burnt Cheesecake will be available again this coming February!

You may now place or reserve your orders for February starting next week, Monday – January 19.

✨ GRATEFUL & OVERWHELMED ✨
Before December even began, I was hoping and praying to receive at least 20 orders for the holidays and New Year. I never imagined what would happen next.
Before the 2nd week of December, we already exceeded 20 orders, so I decided to set a cut-off at 50 orders only. Then, just 4 days before Christmas, we already reached that number yet inquiries kept coming. How could I say no to people who showed so much love and support? 🤍
So I adjusted our limit, and today we are officially at 74 orders 🎉

• 58 orders of our 8-inch Deluxe size
• The rest are 6-inch sizes

I honestly don’t know how to thank you all. I know for other bakers this number may seem small, but for me as a new business this means everything. Every order, every message, every trust you gave truly touched my heart.
