Get ready to dazzle with this easy Rasmalai recipe 💗

What you need for 12-16 Rasmalai👇
☑️1 cup milk powder
☑️1 tsp baking powder
☑️1 tbsp maida
☑️1 tsp ghee
☑️1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
☑️1 egg
☑️1 litre to 1.5 litre full fat milk
☑️4 tbsp or 1/4 cup sugar or more if desired.

⚫ Boil milk with cardamom and sugar for 30 minutes, then let it simmer.

⚫ Whisk dry ingredients, add egg and ghee. Knead, wash hands, and grease.

⚫ Make small balls, add to milk with pistachios. Cover, cook for 10 minutes, uncover, tap, cover, and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Transfer to a bowl, garnish, cool, refrigerate, and serve chilled!
