🌙 Ramzan Special – Episode 3
🥟 Pyaz Pakora Recipe
📝 Ingredients:
1 cup Besan (Gram flour)
1–2 piyaz (thin sliced)
1–2 hari mirch (chopped)
Thora sa hara dhaniya (chopped)
1 chamach lal mirch powder
½ chamach haldi
1 chamach namak (hasb-e-zaiqa)
½ chamach zeera
Pani zaroorat ke mutabiq
Oil for frying
👩‍🍳 Method:
Ek bowl mein besan dal kar usmein namak, lal mirch, haldi aur zeera mix kar lein.
Thora thora pani dal kar medium thick batter bana lein.
Ab ismein sliced piyaz, hari mirch aur hara dhaniya daal kar achi tarah mix karein.
Karahi mein oil garam karein.
Garam oil mein choti choti quantity daal kar medium flame par golden brown hone tak fry karein.
Tissue par nikal kar serve karein.

Paye Recipe – Ingredients & Method
📝 Ingredients:
Paye
1 stick cinnamon (darchini)
2 tablespoons oil
2 onions (sliced)
Fresh coriander
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
2 tomatoes (chopped)
2–3 green chilies (chopped)
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1½ teaspoon coriander powder
½ cup yogurt
👩‍🍳 Method:
Add cinnamon in paye and cook until tender.
Heat oil, add 2 sliced onions and fry until brown.
Remove a little brown onion for paste
Add ginger garlic paste and cook well.
Add chopped tomatoes and paste green chilies.
Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric, and coriander powder.
Add yogurt and cook well until oil separates.
Add cooked paye with their stock and cook on low flame.
Garnish with fresh coriander

Ramzan Special – Episode 1
Beef Pulao (ingredients)
Beef
2 bottles water
1 whole garlic
1 onion
1 piece ginger
2 tablespoons salt (to taste)
Whole Spices (Garam Masala):
Cinnamon sticks
Cloves
Whole coriander seeds
Black cardamom
Black pepper
Bay leaves
Cumin seeds
Nutmeg
Star anise
3 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons yogurt
6 green chilies
Fresh coriander leaves
1–2 tomatoes
Fresh mint leaves
A pinch of yellow food color (zarda color)
Rice (soaked for 20–25 minutes)
👩‍🍳 Method:
1️⃣ Sab se pehle beef mein 2 bottle pani, lehsan, piyaz, adrak ka tukra, namak aur sabit garam masala dal kar achi tarah ubaal lein.
Jab beef gal jaye to use chaan lein. Yakhni (pani) alag rakh lein.
2️⃣ Ek degchi mein 3 chamach oil garam karein.
Piyzz Daly piyz JB brown hujye to piyaz mein se thori si brown wali piyaz nikal kar side par rakh lein (garnish ke liye).
3️⃣ Ab oil mein adrak lehsan ka paste aur hari mirchon ka paste dal kar bhunein.
Phir ubla hua beef dal dein.
4️⃣ 2 chamach dahi aur thora sa dhaniya dal kar pakayein.
Phir tamatar dal kar bhunein.
5️⃣ Ab jo chaani hui yakhni thi woh dal dein aur dhak kar paka lein.
6️⃣ Jab pani mein ubal aa jaye to bhige huay chawal dal dein.
Halka sa hila kar pakne dein jab tak pani khatam na ho jaye.
7️⃣ Jab pani khushk ho jaye to neeche tawa rakh kar dam par rakh dein.
Upar se:
Brown piyaz
6 hari mirchein
Podina
Thora sa zarda ka rang
Dal kar dhak dein aur 10–15 minute dam de dein.
