Mutton leg roast

Ingredients:
Dahi 1& half pao
Papaya paste 2tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste 2tbsp
Salt 1tbsp level
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Bhona cutta white zeera 2tsp
1tbsp gram masala
1tsp green chilli paste
Almond powder 1bsp
Jaiphal Jawetri powder quater tsp
Choti ilaichi powder half tsp
Brown onion crushed 4tbsp
Recipe:
Marinate all spices for over night and then cook over slow flame for 4 hours in oven or stove.
Serve with Afghani pulao and tomato chutney.
