"Zeal and Zest"

Presenting you a newly designed Executive apartment lobby, based on the philosophy of immersive social space that people want to spend time in & act as a promenade of the building to visually guide visitors.

This was one of the fun-loving project where our team was excited for this bewitching design that create a sense of satisfaction with current occupants and new visitors who wants to get settled in the residency, mainly divided into three major section.
1) The grand entrance provides a sense of luxury and tranquility through the perfect detailing.
2) Reception and waiting area which will work as communal space to meet, wait, eat, chat or relax.
3) Office area is the most sensitive part of the building that’s why it was placed in hideous way. Customized cut of black galaxy and Calcutta white marble is used on the floor to enhance the elegance of the lobby.

"Form follows beauty"

Explore about our project archive. The built area was based on 18,000 sqft in the heart of Karachi. The house expresses the counterpoint between a sense of amity and balance with the dynamic transitional spaces. Contemporary style is visibly explained through the use glass, steel, concrete and wood, emphasizing clean lines with a crisp of definite diagonal geometric shape used in pergola’s CnC screen all over the residence which creates a sense of hierarchy in elevation. As client’s brief was straight forward to use different modern textures and materials but in a very sophisticated and simple manner. Our team mutually wanted to create rhythm in front façade so we elevated one side of the residence by using gigantic sized book-matched marble which plays a role as sculptural element be siding with the double height glass window for the celebration of natural light in main lounge and living rooms.
