🌍 **1st Overseas Pakistanis Convention in Islamabad - A Resounding Success!**
Today marked the beginning of the inaugural Overseas Pakistanis Convention in Islamabad, attended by over 400 non-resident Pakistanis representing 12 million from around the globe. Annually, these dedicated individuals contribute over $27 billion in remittances to Pakistan.
High Commissioners from the UK, KSA, UAE, South Africa, Italy, and Malaysia represented key regions like ASEAN, EU, ME, and Africa. They discussed achievements, challenges, and future opportunities, emphasizing the need for greater integration between the diaspora and various government ministries.
