My journey from February 2017 to till now.
Living with SC**ZO AFFECTIVE DISORDER can especially difficult, but it's important to remember that there are treatments available that can help manage symptoms - as in my case I have been getting proper treatment from Shifa international hospital, private clinic of Dr Prof Rizwan taj and finally Aga Khan University Hospital aka AKU. Allahmdulliah now I don't have any symptoms of this disorder. Beside these medications, therapy and the most important thing family support can all be helpful in managing SC**ZO AFFECTIVE DISORDER. It is also important to have self-care and to do things that make you happy. Pursuing your hobbies, interest or practicing mindfulness and relaxation techniques and taking care of yourself can make a big difference in your overall well-being. I remember to stay positive and keep fighting as I know I am strong than they overall think of me and with the right support of my FATHER, MOTHER ,SISTER AND BROTHER and resources they provide I overcame the challenges and hardships I was fighting.
As I graduated in 2018 with this disorder and remain jobless for a period of of six to some seven years and in between I attempted su***de and survived and found a reason to keep fighting. As right after my suicidal attempt many ideas came to my mind - offered job from two foreign countries. I have a chance to do my master in climate change and sustainability as my bachelor research is on climate change and I have also an idea of starting my own business of GEMS stones for which the website is in development phase and made what's business account Facebook and Instagram page. It takes a lot of courage and determination and for a person like me with this disorder it's a great accomplishment.
In conclusion, everyone has their own unique story and journey and experiences that shape their growth and development whole. We may face challenges and downfalls along the way ,it's important to remember that we have the strength and resilience to overcome them. Seeking help and support can also play a crucial role in our healing and growth. It's okay to ask for help , to take different path and to pivot your goals.
