✨ Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Pizza Ring ✨

A super easy, crowd-pleasing snack that looks as good as it tastes! Perfect for parties, movie nights, or when you just want something cozy and delicious.

You’ll need:
• 1 ready-made pizza dough
• 1 chicken breast (about 230g)
• 1½ tsp chicken seasoning + 1 tsp oil
• 150g broccoli (lightly cooked for a few minutes)
• 80g cheese (I used half mozzarella, half cheddar)
• 150g natural cream cheese
• ½ red onion, finely chopped
• Salt & pepper to taste

How to make it:
1️⃣ Season the chicken and fry it quickly over high heat so it stays juicy.
2️⃣ Cook the broccoli in salted water for 4–5 minutes.
3️⃣ In a bowl, mix the chicken, broccoli, cream cheese, grated cheese, and onion. Add salt and pepper.
4️⃣ Roll out the pizza dough, spread the filling, and roll it up.
5️⃣ Make small cuts along the roll, then shape it into a wreath.
6️⃣ Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
7️⃣ Bake for 15 minutes at 220°C (425°F) until golden and bubbly

Carrot and Apple Pancakes 🥕🍏

• 1 apple
• 1 carrot (60g)
• 2 eggs
• 150 ml kefir
• 60 g all-purpose flour
• 60 g whole wheat flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp erythritol

Ingredients at room temperature 🌡️

1️⃣ Grate the apple. Grate the carrot as well, using the coarse side of the grater.
2️⃣ Add kefir and eggs. Mix well.
3️⃣ Sift in the flour, then add baking soda, baking powder, erythritol, and cinnamon. Mix until combined.
4️⃣ Fry the pancakes on a heated pan on both sides until golden.

Buttermilk Pancakes with Greek Yogurt and Blueberry Jam 🫐🫐

Ingredients (makes about 30 pancakes):
• 2 eggs
• 400 g flour (preferably type 550)
• 400 ml buttermilk
• 4 tablespoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• a pinch of salt

All ingredients should be at room temperature.
Whisk the eggs with the buttermilk, then add sugar and salt.
Sift the flour together with the baking soda into the egg mixture.
Gently combine everything until smooth.
Fry the pancakes in oil on both sides until golden brown.

Blueberry Jam:
• 600 g blueberries
• sugar to taste — I usually add 2–3 tablespoons depending on how sweet the blueberries are
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Heat the blueberries in a saucepan with the sugar. Lightly mash them with a fork.
At the end, stir in the lemon juice.
Serve the pancakes with Greek yogurt, blueberry jam, and a dusting of powdered sugar.

Avocado and Smoked Salmon Omelette 😍

Ingredients:
• 2 eggs
• salt, pepper
• a bit of olive oil
• 1 teaspoon oats (7g)
• 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds (5g)
• 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds (5g)

Filling:
• 1/2 ripe avocado
• salt
• pepper
• garlic
• lemon juice
• 50g cold-smoked salmon

Mash the avocado with a fork, drizzle with lemon juice, and season with salt and garlic.
Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the oats, then sesame and sunflower seeds, and fry for a minute. Pour in the eggs and cook the omelette covered.
Spread the avocado mixture on the omelette and top with salmon. Drizzle the salmon with lemon juice. Serve with cherry tomatoes drizzled with balsamic vinegar.

5 ingredients, 5 minutes, and a quick sweet snack is ready 😎

Ingredients:
• 100g sugar-free chocolate with nuts
• 100g crunchy peanut butter
• 10 crackers
• 1 banana
• 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions:
1️⃣ Melt the chocolate with coconut oil. I used the air fryer – 7 minutes at 60°C.
2️⃣ Mix in the peanut butter.
3️⃣ Line a container with baking paper and place crackers on the bottom.
4️⃣ Slice the banana and layer over the crackers.
5️⃣ Pour the chocolate-peanut mixture on top and finish with another layer of crackers.
6️⃣ Chill, and you're done!

I love breakfasts like this 😍😍😍

Ingredients:
2 eggs
Salt, pepper
A bit of olive oil
1 tsp oats (7g)
1 tsp sunflower seeds (5g)
1 tsp white sesame seeds (5g)

Filling:

Cozy Chicken Soup 🥰 Perfect for a chilly day!

Ingredients (6 servings):
• 500g boneless chicken thighs
• 1 tsp oil
• 1 tsp each: sweet paprika, garlic powder, herbal pepper, oregano
• ½ tsp each: salt and chili powder
• Oil for frying
Also:
• 1 onion
• 1 large carrot
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 bell pepper
• 400g potatoes
• 400g mushrooms
• 1 zucchini
• 400g canned tomatoes
• 1 liter of water
• 1 tsp tomato paste
• 1 tsp each: sweet paprika, herbal pepper, oregano, salt
• Fresh parsley
• Oil for frying

Instructions:
1️⃣ Cut the chicken into large cubes and mix it with the oil and spices.
2️⃣ Dice the onion, carrot, zucchini, and bell pepper. Slice the garlic and mushrooms. Cut the potatoes into chunky cubes.
3️⃣ Heat some oil in a large pot, add the chicken, and sear until lightly browned.
4️⃣ Add the onion, garlic, and carrot — sauté for 5 minutes. Then add the mushrooms, and after 3 minutes, add the bell pepper, zucchini, and potatoes. Sauté for another 5 minutes. Add the spices.
5️⃣ Pour in the water, cover, and cook until the vegetables are tender — about 15 minutes.
6️⃣ Add the canned tomatoes (preferably chopped) and parsley, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
🧂Adjust salt to taste at the end if needed.

Mackerel Spread 😍😍😍

Ingredients:
• 200g smoked mackerel
• 2 hard-boiled eggs
• 1 tbsp plain yogurt
• 1 tsp mayonnaise
• A splash of lemon juice
• Chives
• Fresh parsley
• Salt
• Pepper

Instructions:
1️⃣ Boil the eggs, peel them, and dice them.
2️⃣ Remove the skin and bones from the mackerel, place it in a bowl, and mash it slightly with a fork.
3️⃣ Add the eggs, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and chives.
4️⃣ Mix everything well—and it's ready to eat!

Butternut Squash Fries 🎃

Ingredients:
• 1 butternut squash
• 30 ml olive oil
• 1 teaspoon each of sweet paprika, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, potato starch
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 80 g parmesan cheese

Instructions:
1️⃣ Peel the butternut squash and cut it into fries (sticks).
2️⃣ In a large bowl (preferably with a lid), mix the olive oil with all the spices and potato starch.
3️⃣ Add the squash fries to the bowl and mix thoroughly to coat.
4️⃣ Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
5️⃣ Coat the fries in grated parmesan and arrange them on the tray.
6️⃣ Bake at 220°C (428°F) for about 30 minutes. After 20 minutes, you can flip them to the other side.

Fig and Halloumi Salad

Ingredients:
• A mix of young salad leaves
• 6 figs
• A drizzle of agave syrup
• Olive oil
• 225g halloumi cheese
• A few slices of Black Forest ham
• A handful of walnuts
Dressing:
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon agave syrup
• 2–3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:
1️⃣ Cut the figs into quarters, place them in an air fryer dish, drizzle with olive oil and agave syrup. Cook for 5 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
2️⃣ Slice the halloumi and fry in a pan on both sides until golden.
3️⃣ On a serving platter, arrange the salad leaves, halloumi, figs, and ham. Sprinkle with walnuts.
4️⃣ Mix the dressing ingredients and drizzle over the salad.

Roasted Broccoli with Garlic Sauce and a Crispy Bacon & Sunflower Seed Topping 🥦🥦😍 So delicious!!!

Ingredients:
• 1 broccoli head
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 70g feta cheese
• 140g Greek yogurt
• 1 garlic clove
• Salt
• Pepper
• 20g sunflower seeds
• 60g bacon
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cut the broccoli into florets, toss with olive oil and salt, and place on a wire rack lined with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Roast for 15 minutes at 180°C (356°F). Then add the bacon and roast for another 10 minutes at 200°C (392°F). (Keep an eye on it – every oven can behave a bit differently!)
3️⃣ Toast the sunflower seeds in a dry pan until golden brown.
4️⃣ Blend the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic, salt, and pepper together to make a smooth sauce.
5️⃣ On a plate, arrange the roasted broccoli, drizzle with the sauce, and sprinkle with the chopped bacon and toasted sunflower seeds.
