Introducing: THE ARCHITECTURE OF WELLBEING.
A new series for those who know that home is not decoration —
it’s emotional architecture.

Your space influences your nervous system,
your focus,
your sense of belonging,
your ability to soften and to thrive.

And for internationals building a life in Portugal,
your home becomes the anchor in a world that keeps shifting.

I learned this the hard way.
After burnout, I redesigned my space…
and it redesigned me.
It gave me calm.
Clarity.
A place to land.
A place to rise.

Over the next weeks, I’ll share how interior design shapes the way we feel —
and why it matters more than we’re willing to admit.

Once a year, I dedicate my time to a pro-bono project — to give back, to connect, and to create impact where it matters most.

This year, I supported two single mothers bringing their dream to life:
a café rooted in love, community, and purpose — .

A space where organic food is made with care, where the community takes over the kitchen every Friday, and where sustainability is a way of life.

Nestled within , a community farm built on collaboration, respect, and nature.

We created everything from almost nothing:
second-hand materials, upcycled finds, and imagination. An old door became the heart of the kitchen. The ceiling — woven from reclaimed fabrics.

The goal wasn’t perfection.
It was to make a space that feels a l i v e — nourishing, imperfect, human.

C o m m u n i t y is one of my core values — to me, it means meeting people on eye-level, with respect, trust, and shared dedication.

This café is a reminder of what’s possible
when we design with empathy, and let go of the ego.

I’m deeply proud to celebrate this new chapter of and —
and the courage of two incredible women, .earth.treasure and
whose vision and courage brought it all to life.

Before & After: From overwhelm to peaceful rest.
A young family moved into their new home — full of love, but short on space.
One bedroom. Three lives. Different rhythms.
We reimagined every centimeter — layering calm, discreet storage, and intentional zones for baby dreams, parental rest, and family connection.
Now, while the baby sleeps, the parents can breathe again — free to chase their busy lives and finally feel at home.
A transformation that created new space, rhythm, and deep relief.

✨ Designer Business Day – a day that was MORE than an event.

Earlier this year, I joined .brand.boutique mentoring program – thinking I would gain tools and structures for my interior design business. What I really found was SO MUCH MORE.

✨ More than mentoring – a MOVEMENT.
✨ More than experts – women who CHANGE LIVES.
✨ More than colleagues – a community of incredible POWER WOMEN.

This community gave me courage to step into visibility, to trust my own voice, to worry less about what others might think. They reminded me that our true superpower lies in being unapologetically ourselves.

I’ve received knowledge, support, love, friendship – and the spark to keep going when I almost gave up. You reignited the fire inside me – and poured gasoline on it.
