MA art gallery

MA is an art gallery and stained-glass studio established by artists Alexander Semenov and Maria Kuznetzova in 2017 in Funshal, the capital of Madeira Island. We display oil and watercolor paintings, intaglio, glass and metal artwork created ourselves. Our stained-glass work can be found in several private and public places in Funchal, among them are Rua Santa Maria n 60 ( Art center Caravel) and Rua Ivens n 21 ( hotel “Madeira” ), where we have recently completed unique stained-glass reception. We strive to reflect our clients’ personality and uniqueness and style of the architecture of their houses. Our atelier design, create and install stained-glass that can be used in window, door and furniture decoration. We work in classic techniques as well as Tiffany and Fusion. In our works we prefer to use high quality materials such as wood, glass and metal, and offer wide selection of colors and textures. Our studio also provides professional stained-glass restoration services. We are the only stained-glass studio on Madeira founded with the goal to expose creative process to the public. Also, we offer private and group workshops in stain glass, intaglio and painting. Visitors can get hands-on experience creating their own piece of art under guidance of professional artist.

We will be happy to see visitors Monday-Friday from 10:30-19:00 and Saturday from 10.30 -15:00 M.A. gallery is located in picturesque historical part of Funshal on Rua Santa Maria 179. Our address is Rua Santa Maria 179, Funshal.
