I hope you had a good start into 2024 and that it will be a happy and wonderful year for you!
I am sure you all have many things you want to do this year. To be able to do that, it is important to also take a time out once in a while. At Porta 10 you can unleash your creativity, connect with your inner self through the rhythm of crafting and become part of a creative community. I have attached the program for January. There are workshops for adults and children available. Hope to see you in one of them.

Espero que tenham tido um bom começo de 2024 e que este seja um ano feliz e maravilhoso para vós!
Estou certo de que todos vós tendes muitas coisas que quereis fazer este ano. Para o poder fazer, é importante também fazer uma pausa de vez em quando. No Porta 10 podem dar largas à vossa criatividade, conectar-se com o vosso interior através do ritmo do artesanato e fazer parte de uma comunidade criativa. Anexei o programa para janeiro. Há workshops para adultos e crianças. Espero vê-lo num deles.

Por estarmos a entrar em período de férias escolares, iremos voltar a realizar mais duas sessões do Workshop de Natal - Reciclar e Criar! na próxima semana dia 19 de dezembro, desta vez com duas sessões à escolha: entre as 9 e as 11h e entre as 16 e as 18h, no espaço Porta 10 em Monchique.Neste workshop iremos transformar papel em decorações de natal, muito práticas e giras a aprender e reproduzir em casa. Recomendamos a crianças maiores de 7 anos de idade, e forneceremos todo o material necessário, sendo que cada participante leva o trabalho consigo.

As we are entering the school holiday period, we will be holding two more sessions of the Christmas Workshop - Recycle and Create! next week on 19 December, this time with two sessions to choose from: between 9 and 11 am and between 4 and 6 pm, at the Porta 10 space in Monchique.In this workshop we'll turn paper into very practical and fun Christmas decorations to learn and reproduce at home. We recommend it for children from the age of 7. We'll provide all the necessary materials and each child will take its work home.

I couldn't have said it better myself. This article expresses what I have experienced and what I strongly believe that children should be allowed to do. In my children's nature club, this is part of what I am offering.

Parents will often express great concern when their children show an interest in these activities.

Get into the Christmas spirit! Create your own Christmas decoration in a nice, comfortable and creative setting, with tea and cookies. Take a break from your busy schedule and just enjoy 2,5 hours of creative work - just for yourself.
