Well, I wasn't going to do any more button posts and then I remembered this Vinterland cardigan with the square buttons, they go so well with the grid pattern! 💙There are 8 sizes: 3 months to 8/9 years. Have a nice weekend. 😍

For the button theme today we have gorgeous foxes! 🦊🦊 Which look absolutely fab on this orange Twist cardigan that Bronwyn has knitted. Fabulous! 🧡

Buttons! I love it when knitters pay that little extra special attention to their finished project. Katzi had added the most delightful bee buttons to her Flutterby, 3 years size (but the pattern goes from 3 months to 8/9 years). 🐝😍

And then an experiment with cables, and making those expand as the yoke increases. The Twist cardigan was released with 3 sizes in 2016 but now, along with a jumper version, has 8 sizes and a non collar version too. There's also a tee and an adult version! 😍

Continuing, sort of, my design story here is the Joy (2016) which has a jumper and cardigan version. This time it was an experiment with slipped stitches and mosaic knitting, something I would develop in later patterns. Can't say I've sold a whole load but it's quite fun 🤣! 3 sizes: 3, 6 and 12 months.

I am keeping an eye on this project! For here is Michaela's Whirligig in progress. She has organised all the balls into rainbow stripes but starting with pale yellow, it's going to look stunning! 🌈 😍

Gosh, look at this! Penny made a wonderful Northwind jumper and then, as she had plenty of yarn left over, made a matching skirt! 💜 The optical effect is made by shadow knitting, one of my experimental techniques. Fun to knit and fun to wear! 😍 The pattern has 8 sizes: 3 months to 8/9 years.
