Spread across three floors, Casa Tá Fixe brings together bright, open spaces, and thoughtful architectural details — with a private gym and sauna, and a rooftop terrace tucked above the city, complete with a heated pool.

Casa Xavier | Silves
After a long approval process involving the Town Hall and extensive archaeological surveys, Casa Xavier has finally become reality. Designed in collaboration with Concepto-Studio and Studio ArTe architecture & design , this compact townhouse celebrates the authentic spirit of the Algarve through contemporary architecture and thoughtful interior design.

Every square metre has been carefully considered, creating clever solutions for sleeping, dining and social living. The house opens towards an intimate plunge pool and culminates in a rooftop lounge overlooking the historic surroundings of Silves. Local materials, handcrafted details and a warm, understated palette give Casa Xavier its genuine Algarvio character—proving that small spaces can offer exceptional comfort and timeless design.

A project where heritage, architecture and modern living come together in perfect balance.
