週末的午後，陽光剛剛好。☀️
我們一家人決定放慢腳步，到Mall裡逛逛。
沒有特別的計畫，只有一種「想一起吃點什麼好吃的」的小期待。

繞了一圈，最後被這家餐廳的香氣吸引。
金黃酥脆的 Snitzchel（炸豬排） 配上熱騰騰的香料薯條，
一上桌就讓人忍不住笑出來：「好香喔！」

外皮炸得酥脆、裡面的肉質卻依然柔嫩多汁，
咬下一口，伴隨著淡淡的香料氣息，
那種酥香在嘴裡散開的瞬間，真的讓人心情變好。💛

配上一旁微鹹的薯條與清爽的醬汁，
每一口都像在提醒自己：

有些味道，是不管離家多遠，都會牢牢記在心裡的。
當一碗熱氣騰騰的麵端上桌、那股熟悉的香氣飄起來的瞬間，
我好像又回到了台北街頭，下課後和家人一起吃麵的那個夜晚。🌙

這碗 牛肉麵，湯頭濃郁卻不厚重，
牛肉滷得軟嫩入味、麵條吸飽湯汁的鹹香。
那一口湯下去，是熟悉的中藥香、也是家的氣味。

🍖🔥 居家碳烤的儀式感，就是生活中最美好的小確幸！

每次只要烤肉香一出現，整個家都瀰漫著幸福的氣味。
這次自己在家動手烤了兩樣肉控最愛的組合 👉 香腸捲 + 蜜汁肋排！

肋排事先醃製入味，刷上自製醬汁慢火烘烤，外皮焦糖化微酥，裡頭還保有多汁嫩口。香腸則是選用台式肥瘦比例完美的手工香腸，烤到表皮油亮、咬下去還會「啾」一聲噴汁，真的超級過癮🤤

有時候，最療癒的時刻，
不是在高級餐桌上、也不是在華麗餐具間，
而是當你坐在一間充滿陽光與音樂的小餐館裡，
面前擺著一碗讓人心安的 佛陀碗（Buddha Bowl）。🌿

每次走進布娜飛新埔店，空氣裡都有種「今晚會吃得很滿足」的預感。開場就先推他們的海鮮義大利麵：番茄為基底的醬體收得很乾淨，酸甜比例剛好，不會過油、也不會蓋掉海鮮本味。蛤蜊、花枝、蝦的鮮味被白酒與蒜香拉了層次，最後再用起司和香草回勾，香氣在口腔停留很久。麵條是標準的 al dente，帶勁、越嚼越甜，是那種會想把醬都抹乾淨的好吃。

辣雞翅更是下酒神隊友：外皮一口脆、裡面肉汁直接噴香，辣度不是蠻橫那種，而是先香再辣、越吃越上癮。沾醬帶一點酸，剛好把油脂感拉平衡；如果一旁還來一杯啤酒，基本上就是完美劇本。
