One of the things I love about going on holiday is discovering new flavours… 🌿✈️

I tried tabbouleh while I was away and absolutely loved it! 💚 The freshness, the lemony flavour, the herbs… I couldn’t get enough.

So, of course, I had to recreate it at home! 😍

I opened Cookidoo, chose a recipe, pressed start… and let my Thermomix do the magic. ✨

From cooking the rice to getting everything ready, it made homemade sushi feel completely doable — even on a busy day!
