🍰✨ **Hanjuku Cheesecake Experiment!** ✨🍰

My first attempt at making this ultra-soft, creamy *hanjuku cheesecake*, and guess what? Both the convention oven *and* air fryer versions turned out amazing! 🤩

Light, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweetness—safe to say, this recipe is a keeper! 💛

Had some leftover mascarpone cheese and decided to shake things up—classic tiramisu who? 😆 Instead, I tried making a refreshing mango tiramisu (egg-free!), and wow, it turned out even better than I expected! 🌟

Layers of creamy mascarpone, sweet mango puree, and milk -soaked ladyfingers —this dessert is **light, dreamy, and perfect for summer**. ☀️

Back to making my all time fave classic tiramisu, this recipe comprises of egg yolks but minus away the eggs whites. Added a nice proportion of mascarpone and whipping cream to achieve the balance in the mixture. Texture is smooth and yet not greasy. I didn’t bake my own fingers as I have found one relatively good brands which I’ve used often whenever I made tiramisu.

I recently tried the original flavor lapis cake from Lapis Lapis, and I must say it was a delightful surprise! Unlike many other brands, it wasn’t overly oily or too sweet. The price was also quite reasonable. They offer four flavors: original, prune, cheese, and citron. I can’t recall the last one, but I’m sure it’s just as delicious!

My boy is into takoyaki lately and hence I have to make the version he likes instead of those that are sold. Had the tako replaced with abalone for the first version and I did another version that is to add the quail egg into the takoyaki! Hence we have awabiyaki and uzura-tamagoyaki instead. Added 2 of the new takoyaki into his bento today!
