This is a modern classic themed 5-room apartment built for our newly-wed clients.

At the living area, the eyes are attracted to both the hardwood tv console and dining table set, standing beautifully in front of the floor reaching window curtains.

A peninsular island cabinet demarcates the kitchen boundary, yet allowing visual spacial pe*******on by getting rid of any solid concrete wall.

A striking yellow refurbished pantry closet injects vibrancy to the area with a playful touch. We like how the Shaker’s style kitchen cabinet reinforces the classic look too.

这是E&S为我们的新婚客户所打造的现代典雅风格的5房式组屋。

在大厅的空间，眼球的聚焦都投射在用实木制的电视柜和餐桌套件上，背景的落地窗帘，成了最美丽的点缀。

厨房的半岛橱柜，巧妙的代替了钢筋实墙，无缝接轨的成为了厨房界线的指标， 延展了空间的通透性。

客户采用了大胆鲜艳黄色的餐具橱柜，更是为所属空间注入了带玩味的色彩，不再单调。厨房橱柜门板的欧式经典风格设计，也凸显了整体的现代典雅设计主题。

This property was our clients’ first home purchase, to build their matrimonial home, as well as the place to raise their new born baby.

An open-concept kitchen has made this 5-room apartment even more spacious and it enhanced the airiness of the space. Every morning, our client – JL, brews his cup of coffee at the dry kitchen and starts his day at the island counter with works, while A is busy preparing food for the baby. Both of them enjoy seeing each other while sharing the space at the open kitchen.

At the master bedroom, an integrated dressing table with fluted glass door storage helps to keep all the skincare bottles orderly in place.

LED cove lighting was incorporated to the suspended tv console to elevate the overall ambience at the living hall.

We know the memories of living in this house will be the most precious thing to this happy family in time to come.

这间屋子不仅仅是JL & A婚后的第一间屋子，也是他们陪伴宝宝长大的地方。

开放式厨房的设计让整间屋子看起来更加宽广之外，空气也非常流通。早上JL在干厨房用咖啡机泡着咖啡，转过身来在中岛办公。A 则在厨房为宝宝准备早餐。虽然在做着不同的事情，但是都能看得见彼此。

这次主人房的梳妆桌做了加大的台面，右边的收纳归采用了屋主最喜欢的条状玻璃+灯带的设计，让屋主可以沉浸在保养的时刻。

设计师在悬空电视柜上放了灯带，更让客厅的整体氛围感加分。

这里会是一个幸福家庭快乐成长的地方。
宝宝的笑声与父母的陪伴，是这间屋子最为珍贵的地方。
