Another opportunity for DI+ & CDI+ to transform existing semi-detached house into a two-storey detached house with basement, an attic and a lap pool at 16 Begonia Road, Spore.
The facade design used simple monolithic special painted wall in contrast with multiple earthy tone colours applied on aluminium perforated panels and vertical screen aluminium hollow section in random pattern which bring out interesting elevations at north & east facade.
The basement becomes an interesting space for family to gather, relax and entertain as well as to host visiting guests. Each common areas and bedrooms are designed and well integrated to suit each family member needs.
