Designed by Samuel Tan from , this 5-Room BTO for Braven & Tiara blends the raw, monolithic character of Brutalism with playful pops of dopamine décor. The result is a home that feels bold and architectural, yet full of warmth, personality, and life.

Since the homeowners love gathering friends for movie nights, board game sessions, and dinner parties, the layout was reimagined into a seamless open-concept living and dining space that encourages connection. To complete the experience, layered smart lighting scenes transform the ambience throughout the evening — whether it's an intimate movie night or a lively night of hosting.

This home was never just about creating a Brutalist aesthetic. It was about crafting a space so warm and inviting that you'd never want to leave.
