Last year, I had the pleasure of working with STI Engineering as my client. The workshop proved to be a resounding success, leading staff from other departments to propose a larger gathering for this year’s team-building event. We diligently explored various venues that could accommodate 80 participants and provide lunch before the session. Ultimately, we secured an excellent location featuring a spacious layout and high ceilings.
To facilitate a smooth experience, we organized participants into clusters of 6 to 10 people at each table, ensuring that each group had an assistant to guide them throughout the workshop. Given the expansive space, we positioned ourselves closer to each cluster for introductions and tutorial demonstrations. Our carefully designed procedure, honed over years of experience, allows participants to follow the workshop step by step, enabling them to create at their own pace. This approach not only fosters creativity but also provides a therapeutic experience, which is why many corporate firms opt for it as their team-building activity.
The vice president expressed his belief that our concept is ideal and plans to implement it for future events. After the session, we gathered all the team members for a group photo. Just like that, we have officially kickstarted our first festive workshop event of the year. Exciting activities are on the horizon for the busy months ahead. Cheers!
