Its all about understanding the how the layers will connect to one another and compacting it.

Microcement is a premium service mainly because normal plasterers will fail at it. They can be doing cement screed all their life but when it comes to microcement, its a totally different game. For sure they may get an OK floor but not a wow-floor.

We dont just apply without understanding in detail how cement, resins and sands work together. It will be disaster if we do that (And its really a turn off how some manufacturers can come up with "microcement" as a material applied by roller) .

Cut to the chase, remember. Level the layers, keep it thin, and then compact it.

2nd coat of Cloudlime. Pattern gets more subtle, but we still have patterns!

Cloudlime has less of fillers and more of binders. A lot of mineral inside, none of synthetic glues, and using powder pigments. Which means that we will be maximising the amount of patterns with this recipe.

You can go 2 coats, 3 coats and you will never say that you can't see your limewash effect.

We are building our own line of lime paint but we are not sure what colors to include in the catalog. Our goal is to set up an online shop, with global shipping.

Lets see where this road will take us.

Send us your favourite colors!

You can avoid having that weird trowel lines by reminding yourself to apply the microcement from dry to wet. This is a very basic and core technique. Most of you would have already known it.

But we still make a reel for this for those who needs to be told. Dry to wet, keep a wet edge. And compress.

But of course, you can reverse this and do a controlled wet to wet application f you want have "effects"

After all, there are so many techniques to microcementing!

This is the first project with our own natural limewash paint for our good friends over at

Why you should limewash?
- it is antibacterial, antimould, due to its high pH. It is burns our skin especially when fresh, and therefore is a hostile environment for microorganisms
- colour doesnt fade because its mineral based. Unlike acrylic paints which turns slightly yellow over time
- promotes healthy living environment
- it looks good!

We highly recommend limewash paint especially for those who are having issues with moulds or are hypersensitive to VOCs.
