A little peek at how our Samsung Edutech booth came together.
We sketched, tried a few funny looking trees, reshaped the ideas and slowly landed on the canopy forms you see here… warm, bright and a touch future leaning.
We liked the idea that tech in learning spaces does not have to feel cold. It can feel soft and welcoming, even in the middle of a very grey expo hall.
It was a fun one to bring from sketchbook to real life.

It’s been a blast being back ! This year, we unveiled an immersive installation integrating audiovisual elements by Reza Hasni and Sam Barker. ‘Dreaming in Nature’ evokes a surreal nature sanctuary in technicolour with recurring motifs incorporating an abundance of flora and fauna to construct a whimsical summer dream in Buftea. We have also repurposed some of our past works and presented them in different ways, from sun salutations in the forest to figures seated in quiet contemplation. Here’s what went down!

Every project begins as a blank canvas—no templates, no repetition, just the challenge to create something original. From set design to interiors and large-scale installations, we’re always pushing materials, form, and space to transform ideas into reality.
Bringing these ideas to life is a meticulous process—experimenting with materials, refining structures, and solving complex build challenges. Late nights are spent testing, iterating, and ensuring every detail is executed with precision. Alongside our own installations, we collaborate with artists to translate their work into immersive, three-dimensional environments. And none of it would be possible without the skilled fabricators and builders we work with globally.

Space Objekt is an interdisciplinary design studio based in Singapore that specialises in spatial experiences, making art accessible to all. Our work focuses predominantly on the medium of built environments - from small scale props to immersive larger-than-life installations.
We redefine spaces and help companies to connect with the world by creating memorable experiences where the audience can interact with the space. We have been involved in a wide variety of projects ranging from art & music festivals to live events, pop-ups to interior design. We have conceptualised, delivered experiential installations and activations for the likes of Aesop, Gucci, DBS Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Sephora, Häagen-Dazs, Grab and Pernod Ricard and even diversified into film set production for Singaporean singer-songwriter, Charlie Lim, Director/Filmmaker Jacky Lee and Universal Studios Singapore.
Co-founder Tina Fung has taught a master class presenting the practice of space design, and is also a TEDx speaker who has shared her ideas about the importance of sharable art through social media.
As we become a more visual society, we hope to share an understanding of our built environments and making this possible by this new visual language.
We hope to spark joy through our installations which are accessible and educating to the public. We want to see art thrive. When art thrives, art grows. When art grows, it inspires making it relevant to today.
