Located in close proximity to Singapore's Central Business District is a stunning new development, One Pearl Bank. This development occupies the site of the former Pearl Bank Apartments, which was completed in the 1970s and notable for its distinctive horseshoe-shaped towers.

The new One Pearl Bank is composed of 2 contemporary arch-shaped towers that gently rise into the skyline, creating an elegant contrast against the cityscape.

We collaborated on one of these impressive 3-bedder apartments, nestled amidst the lush greenery of Pearls Hill. The design brief necessitated the incorporation of functional elements into the partially furnished space. The development ID's selection features a robust and warm color texture palette. KARA undertook meticulous consideration to ensure that the elements to be introduced harmonize with the existing features while enhancing the sense of homeliness and comfort.

A cosy 4-room apartment located at the bustling city-fringe of Kallang is home to a lovely couple and their adorable cat.

Design brief calls for a home that is highly automated with features and technology. Due to the unique layout of the home and specific requirements of the owners, a full height feature wall with concealed door doubles up as the main focal point for the living area.

Warm timber hues are introduced to balance out the white walls and ceiling, setting the ambience for a cosy and welcoming home.

Pardon the hiatus we took as 2024 has been quite a journey for us as we are met with challenges.

Our completed 3-bedder apartment located in a lively and bustling neighbourhood. Our lovely client's brief is for a home in which they can entertain family and friends with their amazing culinary skills.

During our discussions, we learnt that our clients have a special collection of fine spirits and alcohol, something which we intended to combine with the customized furniture to create a conversational piece.
