My initiation into cooking was from my Mother's kitchen in West Africa. My parents were food connoisseurs and I grew up with aromas of sindhi and west african food emitting from our kitchen. I have lived in Singapore and India since and my love for food was nurtured in these two foodie nations. Experimenting with new recipes, creating some of my own, fusing cuisines from different cultures, workin
g with spices and flavours became second nature to me. From cooking for family and friends I started catering for small parties. And now that i am retired on the insistence of my friends I've started my own cooking classes. My classes are conducted in my kitchen at Kembangan for small groups of four be it men, women or FDW's. All classes are hands on, therefore small groups are preferred. The final product is set out for tasting and take away (if any left overs)
