Our Vintage teacups are made from bone china, fine china, and porcelain. As for other vintage finds which made from other materials will be indicated in the listing. All collections are hand-picked carefu
lly before listing up for sale. As a vintage collections, they are not fresh out from factory oven :) They were once owned and being treasured. Personally we will only list up the great condition of Vintage. A little flaws from production, storage or usage are expected. We will indicate the details of each collection in the listing. And we will be more than glad to attend to your enquiry of each collection details. If you wish to have clearer pictures of the condition, we will be able to provide you with the details photos. We offer customisation/ modification especially for a gift to someone special. Therefore, if you are looking for something that is not available in our shop, or you wish to modify certain products, or if you have something creative you wish to do with our collections. Purchased could be delivered (additional cost will be applied) or available for collection (by appointment only). We always do our best to pack the collection carefully and securely. We will ensure everything is protected.This is our responsibility and we take this seriously. Therefore, there won't be any refund or exchange available, due to the nature of vintage and fragile once they left our shop. Cancelation of purchase only available for the unshipped items. Please note: each monitor screen is different and the colours of our collections may differ slightly to how they appear in reality.
