The exhibition was thoughtfully curated to represent distinctive GI products from each region, including rice, tea, coffee, silk, shallots, garlic, salted fish, salted eggs, as well as a wide variety of Thai fruits such as pineapple, pomelo, jackfruit, rose apple, Marian plum, mango, and coconut. Traditional handicrafts such as preserved radish, basketry, and woven mats were also featured.
The overall mood and tone reflected Thai identity and local way of life, expressed through layered display compositions to create depth and dimension. Contemporary elements were carefully integrated to harmonize with the informative graphic backdrops.
