We knew our collection of decor had to include taper candle holders because of the elegance they add to any space. Today we’re sharing the story behind their production.

After testing different materials we eventually decided on solid aluminum for stability and durability. We purchase used or scrap aluminum which is then melted down, hand-cast, and finished with a powder coat paint.

Abode Arusha is a Tanzanian-owned small business that carries high quality, beautifully crafted home furnishings. Our store is located on Njiro Road, opposite Engutoto Complex.

Our style is timeless, neutral and casually elegant.

Our products are made in Tanzania in close partnership with local artisans.

Over the last nine months, we’ve invested heavily into product research and development to ensure that we provide our customers with decor options that are new and elevated. We can’t wait to share our creations with you!

Abode Arusha is a Tanzanian-owned small business that works with local artisans to produce beautifully crafted home furnishings.

Over the last nine months we’ve invested heavily into product research and development to ensure that we offer our customers something a little different.

We’re thrilled to highlight some of our products, starting with our textured woven pillows. These throw pillows are hand-loomed using our signature blend of cotton and hand-spun, naturally-dyed wool. Here’s a little sneak peak at how we’ve styled them on our shelves….
