Ingredients:
Broccoli - 250 g
Egg - 1 pc
Chicken fillet - 250 g
Champignons - 200 g
Yogurt natural - 2 tbsp. l
Cheese - 70 g
Onion - 1/2 piece
Salt, pepper - to taste

Cooking:
Broccoli is divided into inflorescences, which are then cut into small pieces. If using frozen broccoli, thaw it first and remove excess liquid by blotting the cabbage florets with a paper towel. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, season with salt and spices to taste. Mix and let it brew for 10-15 minutes. We take pots for baking (or you can do it in one large form) and lay out all the ingredients in layers: broccoli, sprinkle them with salt and black pepper on top, then a layer of chicken pieces. Cut the mushrooms and lay on top of the chicken, then sprinkle the dish with finely chopped onions. Preparing the sauce for the broccoli casserole: Grated cheese mix well with yogurt and egg. Enchilada with chicken

Ingredients:

• Chicken fillet - 800 g
• Tomatoes in own juice - 400 g
• Cheese - 200 g (we have Russian)
• Lavash - 5 pieces
• Bow - 1 piece
• Garlic - 15 g
• Chili pepper - 2 pieces
• Ground chili pepper - ½ tsp
• Oregano - 1 tsp
• Dried coriander - 1 tsp
• Cilantro - 100 grams
• Salt, pepper - to taste
• Sweetener - to taste

Cooking:

Let's start with the sauce. For him, we clean the onion and garlic, take out the seeds from the chili peppers and chop all this finely. In a frying pan over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the chopped vegetables for about five minutes, stir. Then pour in canned tomatoes to them, cut them not very finely. Add salt, sweetener and black pepper to taste, mix and heat for 5-7 minutes. The sauce is ready. In another pan, already on high heat, we also dissolve a little oil and fry the minced chicken on it, after 10-15 minutes of frying, all the liquid from the minced meat evaporated, and it began to brown. At this moment, we add ground hot red pepper, salt to taste, oregano, coriander to it. Or you can just take a mixture of spices for Mexican dishes. Fry for another 5 minutes until golden brown - done. It remains to rub the cheese on a coarse grater and chop the cilantro. You can start assembling. We turn on the oven 180 degrees. We take a baking dish and pour half of our sauce onto the bottom.
Warm up the pita bread in the microwave to make it more elastic. We take a cake, put 2-3 tablespoons of fried minced chicken on one half, grated cheese on it (we don’t regret it, there is never a lot of cheese! But let it remain a little to sprinkle everything on top) and sprinkle chopped cilantro on top. Carefully roll up into a tube and lay seam side down on the sauce. And so 5 times (or how many tubes you can fit). When all the enchiladas are in shape, pour the remaining sauce on top of them, sprinkle with cheese and cilantro. We put the form in a heated oven for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is completely melted and begins to boil. Ready.

📖 Ingredients:

- Puff pastry - 250 g.
- Sausages - 12 pcs.
- Cheese - 80 g.
- Yolk - 1 pc.
- White sesame and black - 20 g.

🧑🏻‍🍳 Cooking:

1. Cut the cheese into thin sticks, about a size slightly smaller than sausages.
2. Remove the sausages from the shell.
3. Defrost and roll out the puff pastry. Cut the dough into strips 3 cm wide.
4. Pull each strip a little in your hands and wrap the sausage, adding a piece of cheese on the side.
5. Put the sausages on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Lubricate with yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds on top.
6. Bake sausages in dough at 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
