Delicious Broccoli Casserole with Chicken Breast

Ingredients:
Broccoli - 250 g
Egg - 1 pc
Chicken fillet - 250 g
Champignons - 200 g
Yogurt natural - 2 tbsp. l
Cheese - 70 g
Onion - 1/2 piece
Salt, pepper - to taste
Cooking:
Broccoli is divided into inflorescences, which are then cut into small pieces. If using frozen broccoli, thaw it first and remove excess liquid by blotting the cabbage florets with a paper towel. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, season with salt and spices to taste. Mix and let it brew for 10-15 minutes. We take pots for baking (or you can do it in one large form) and lay out all the ingredients in layers: broccoli, sprinkle them with salt and black pepper on top, then a layer of chicken pieces. Cut the mushrooms and lay on top of the chicken, then sprinkle the dish with finely chopped onions. Preparing the sauce for the broccoli casserole: Grated cheese mix well with yogurt and egg. Fill our beauty and send the pots to a preheated oven (up to 180-200 ° C) for 35-40 minutes. Our broccoli casserole with chicken breast and mushrooms is ready!
