Are your 3D renders falling flat? The problem might be your brief! 📐✨

A great image always starts with a highly detailed technical specification. Here are 4 common mistakes you might be making when handing off your project to a 3D artist:
1. No visual references: naming a material is not enough. We need reference photos or a moodboard to capture the true physical texture. "Oak flooring" might have options :)
2. Undefined angles: tell us what architectural feature is the star of the show so we can frame it perfectly (custom furniture piece, fountain?).
3. Zero context: spaces without specific decor or landscaping directions end up looking cold and abandoned. And we usually ask for owners' hobbies to add some warm personalized touch.

Looking back at this gorgeous, texture-rich home from the 4PixelsStudio archives! 🌿🖤

This project was such a fun challenge for our 3D visualization team. The design mixes so many incredible materials: custom green terrazzo floors, rustic white-painted brick, and ultra-modern matte black kitchen cabinets.

To make a 3D image look truly realistic, it all comes down to lighting and how those materials react. We added warm wood tones, a cozy modern fireplace, and lots of greenery to bring the exact vision to life. (Check out the close-up shot of the vintage camera on the coffee table!)

Who wouldn't want to start and end their day in a space like this? 🌿🛁

We recently completed the 3D visualization for this gorgeous, modern primary bathroom located in the USA. At 4PixelsStudio, we love translating our clients' blueprints into photorealistic spaces. For this project, it was all about capturing that bright, spa-like atmosphere, - from the huge glass walk-in shower to the custom floating vanity and the relaxing soaking tub (complete with its own screen!).

Every material, from the floor tiles to the wood grain, was meticulously rendered to match the exact design plans.
