1. CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER

Key Responsibilities
• Handle walk-in, online, and phone inquiries professionally
• Educate clients about our furniture products, materials, and customization options
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and client feedback
• Maintain strong relationships with customers before and after sale
• Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of furniture or interior products (added advantage)
• Computer literacy (WhatsApp Business, email, basic CRM tools)
• Customer-oriented, patient, and well-organized
• Previous customer care experience is an advantage

2. MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities
• Market Cool Furniture products online and in the field
• Create content (photos, short videos, captions) and post on social media platforms
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Visit clients, sites, and partner locations when required
• Educate clients on product features, quality, and value proposition
• Support promotions, exhibitions, and brand visibility activities

Requirements
• Proven ability to market products online (social media marketing)
• Content creation skills (smartphone photography/video is acceptable)
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented
• Willingness to meet clients in the field
• Sales or marketing experience is an added advantage
