Pop – Saving his owner, the dog was kidnapped by dog thieves, narrowly escaping death only to face an even more cruel fate.
When the dog thieves broke into the house, Pop tried to protect his owner but was kidnapped. The family was almost in despair for five days before Pop returned, despite injuries sustained while trying to escape the thieves. But Pop remained strong, playful, and energetic with his owner's family upon his return. Pop took antibiotics regularly to heal the deep wound on his muzzle.
The dog thieves, having failed to kill Pop, returned for revenge by poisoning him. Ultimately, the resilient little dog could not escape death at the hands of the vicious thieves.
Pop is gone, but the image of this strong and loyal dog will likely remain forever in the hearts of those who raised him, as well as those who love and consider dogs their close companions.
