Making some Kamut bread this morning 🌾🤎

The ingredient list is simple:
🌾 Fresh-milled Kamut flour
🍯 Honey
💧 Water
🫒 Olive oil or butter
🧂 Salt
✨ Yeast

That’s it!

This bread takes about 1.5 hours from start to finish, and I feel GOOD knowing exactly what I’m feeding my family.

Fool-Proof Bread 🍞

One thing I hate to admit (especially as someone who is trying to sell flour)… I cannot make bread 🫪

I get distracted when I’m supposed to set a timer, over-proof it, under-proof it, don’t knead it enough… the list goes on. BUT this recipe is so easy that my 2 year old basically made it.

Professional bread makers, please don’t watch my technique 🫣😂

It’s made with real ingredients, it’s simple enough for my busy life, and most importantly it’s bread I feel good about feeding my family 🤎

3 ingredient baby banana pancakes! Eating healthy does not have to be hard!

3 mashed bananas
6 tablespoons milk
6 tablespoons fresh milled flour

You can also add in cinnamon, vanilla, flax seeds, peanut butter, oats, etc. the combinations are endless!
