What does meal prep mean to you?

For me sometimes it’s minimizing the dishes while saving time. Prepping for dinner between creating recipes and content for upcoming classes.

It was wonderful that the rain held out long enough for Rahul and I to finish our AARP New York Better Burger class. We made delicious tandoori, tofu burgers with Indian style coleslaw, and masala mayo.

Can’t wait for our Indian Cooking Class series coming up in October with partnership with AARP.
