What do I do with my free time? Bake, of course!

I’ve been testing out my gluten-free chocolate chip cookie recipe and think I’ve finally perfected them. I’m always trying to learn more about health and dietary needs, and gluten-free baking has been on top of my list! A very looked over issue, but everyone should be able to have a sweet treat. 🍪

Sadly, Knead Sweets won't be going to the farmers market this week and maybe a few more weeks after that, but if anyone wants anything I make, I will have a menu up soon of everything I sell, so keep a look out! 😄

Bonus: Because my birthday was yesterday, of course there had to be cake. Still practicing cause I'm not too good at decorating, haha, but this is my cookies and cream cake! 🎂

There's nothing quite like a warm, gooey chocolate chip cookie fresh out of the oven! The smell alone is enough to make your day better. 🍪

How do you like your cookies? Personally, I love mine just slightly underdone, soft in the center with those melty chocolate chips. Absolute perfection! 😋

It’s almost Friday, and you know what that means! West Salem’s Farmers Market is coming, and so are the sweet treats!
