Ingredients:
- 5 cups cake flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 packet yeast (10g)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup lukewarm milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- Butter or margarine for brushing

Directions:
1. Start by mixing your wet ingredients—boiling water, lukewarm milk, and oil—then sprinkle in the yeast. Let this sit for about 5 minutes to awaken those little yeast bubbles!
2. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: cake flour, salt, and sugar. Once the yeast mixture is bubbly and frothy, add it to the dry ingredients and give it a good stir.
3. Time to knead! Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 7-8 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise until it’s doubled in size—this should take about an hour.
5. When it’s ready, punch it down to release the air, then knead it again briefly. Divide the dough into small balls (about 12-14), and either line a baking pan with parchment paper or grease it with margarine or butter.

Ingredients:
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 1 (16 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Directions:
Start by baking your yellow cake in two round cake pans. Once they are done, let them cool completely on a wire rack. While that cools, whip up the instant vanilla pudding according to the package instructions and pop it in the fridge to chill.

Now comes the fun part! Once the cake is cool, cut one layer into small chunks and layer them in a punch bowl. Spread half of the chilled pudding over the cake. Next, add half of the drained crushed pineapple and one package of the delicious frozen strawberries. Slice up one of your bananas and sprinkle those on top, followed by half of the Cool Whip. Spread it out to cover everything lovingly.

Repeat the same steps with the second layer of cake: chunks, pudding, pineapple, strawberries, banana slices, and finish off with the remaining Cool Whip spread over the top.

Cover your punch bowl and let this beautiful creation sit in the refrigerator overnight. This allows all the flavors to blend together beautifully. When you’re ready to serve, dig in and enjoy this refreshing dessert that’s sure to impress!
