All right - boys and girls! I have some beets coming my way.

I am going to debut a video of pickling beets and how to water bath the pickled beets to make them shelf stable for storage!

Also, in the next few weeks look for a video and recipe for smoked tomatoes! Yummy!

Okay, ladies and gentlemen! We took a hiatus from cooking classes, but here I am telling you they are back! I will post dates and menus this week. We know there will be meatballs and homemade tomato sauce. Also, there will be shepherds pie fillings(chunky and ground).
Give me suggestions as to what you may or may not want to learn.

Also…..thinking about all the fruit and vegetables that will be available this summer I started a new FB account for NA (no apron)cooking. I will begin to post cooking videos for the world to see! I am hoping to post videos of how to make plum jam, bacon tomato jam and homemade Rotel from your garden or someone else’s!
