🥗 Chicken, Avocado & Egg Power Salad
Fuel your day with this fresh, protein-packed bowl of goodness! Perfect for a healthy lunch or light dinner 💪✨
👇 Here’s what you need:
✅ 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
✅ 1 cooked chicken breast, sliced
✅ 1 ripe avocado, halved or sliced
✅ 2 hard-boiled eggs, halved
✅ ½ cup cherry tomatoes (red & yellow), halved
✅ ¼ cup Kalamata or black olives
✅ ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
✅ Salt & black pepper to taste
✅ Olive oil & lemon juice (or your favorite vinaigrette)
🍽️ How to make it:
1️⃣ Add chopped romaine lettuce to a big bowl.
2️⃣ Place sliced chicken breast in the center.
3️⃣ Add avocado slices on one side.
4️⃣ Place egg halves next to the avocado.
5️⃣ Add cherry tomatoes for a pop of color.
6️⃣ Sprinkle on the red onion and olives.
