Two years ago I taught a class to give others the opportunity to learn more about Swedish folk art and its importance to our culture and history. We gained both theoretical knowledge and practical experience with traditional techniques. It was particularly interesting to see how simple materials and traditional methods can be used to create beautiful and unique paintings. We even made flower crowns for Midsommar and we enjoyed fika.

The day was both educational and enjoyable, and it gave me a greater appreciation for Folk Art and how it speaks to everyone. It was a rewarding experience that I remember with great pleasure. Thanks to everyone who joined me at .
