We haven’t forgotten about you! We recently got a charcoal smoker and are trying to get used to using that over the Traeger for a more authentic smoke taste. Once we get the hang of it, we’ll be back! See y’all soon

Some of our thanksgiving feast…. Smoked turkey soaked for 20 hours in a Jim beam devil’s cut bourbon brine and smoked cream cheese dip.

We haven’t forgot about y’all. With the holiday season, things have been real busy around here. We cooked the turkey for our family thanksgiving, as well as for another family’s dinner. We’re cooking Christmas dinner as well. That being said, we’re gonna get back to smokin up delicious meals soon. Check back for when and what the next mouth watering meal deal will be. Also, for anyone interested in Sarge’s own BBQ sauce…. Let us know as we can start making and selling that as well. Anyone has requests or suggestions on what they’d like to see next, let us know!
